Please dig deep and sponsor me, if for nothing else, for the fact that I'm going to have to cut down on alcohol for a couple of months hmm not sure I've thought this through.....

On a slightly more serious note, it is a great charity which I am supporting in memory of my Aunty Pam.  Yorkshire cancer research is helping the fight against prostate, lung, skin, oesophageal and cervical cancers to name a few. By supporting Yorkshire Cancer Research we are helping to find cures.

If anyone fancies coming up to Newcastle for the weekend to cheer me on, it would be great to see you there - I will definitely need it!
