On Saturday 7th June at 11:45pm we will take to the silent roads of London for a 100km bike ride. Training is currently under way, the stabilizers are off and lycra is starting to give, a little.
The Cause:
Alzheimer’s Research UK is the UK’s leading dementia research charity specialising in finding preventions, causes, treatments and a cure for dementia. It's a great cause that has a hugely positive impact on thousands of lives throughout the UK
The Route:
Starting at Crystal Palace, we will ride through Greenwich, into the City, out to the Isle of Dogs, up to Alexander Palace and the hills of Hamstead Heath. Our descent will be via Abbey Road and Regents park, through Mayfair and finishing at The Oval.
