I am raising money to help a very special little girl who needs this life changing operation.

Esme has spastic diplegia cerebal palsy and the operation needed is NOT available on the NHS 

Esme is always Happy when we see her, she is the same age as my Daughter Poppy and it would be great to see these two walking together....My Eldest Daughter Chloe is a close friend of Esme's sister Amelie so we enjoy seeing them often.
