Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

It is estimated that there are currently 280,000 people who will be homeless this Christmas and that figure may even be higher. To help Canterbury Charity Catching Lives deliver vital services for the homeless this winter, the coaches at Unity Fitness have been challenged  to perform a gruelling workout. The workout will be designed by Club members, who will do their utmost to ensure the coaches are really put through the mill. It's hoped that the more the coaches suffer in doing the workout, the more money will be raised.

The workout will take place on Tuesday 21st December at10.30am .

Unity Fitness is at:

Polo Farm hockey club,  Littlebourne Rd, Canterbury CT3 4AF
