Hello everyone!  Those of you who know me will probably know that I volunteer for Beyond Conflict, a Mental Health Charity with a focus on people in post-conflict zones, whose lives have been impacted by terrorism, war or displacement. Over the past few years they have successfully ran projects in Ukraine, Iraq and Bangladesh and have ambitions to continue working in each of these countries over the coming years.

I will be running Brighton Marathon in April 2023 and would love to take this opportunity to raise some money to help the charity to continue to provide this much needed support.
