Rosie and Penny are running the 5K Cardiff Muddy Race obstacle course. They have 3 weeks to get ready so not much time for training!

Thankfully our girls are warriors and bigger than any obstacle (metaphorically speaking...)

With the support of the rest of the team and hopefully some family friends, the girls need to dive straight in and raise some money for an amazing cause!
