Story

So back in February 2019 after getting qualified as an Electrician, I decided I wanted to celebrate and the only way I wanted to do that was to do another challenge and that evening I saw an advertisement to do an 8 day trek up and down Kilimanjaro. That was it I was hooked and booked it a couple of days later, I’ve always wanted to trek Kilimanjaro so it made sense. After speaking to family about the expedition, I had the honour of my Brother deciding he wanted to join me for the trip. So together in 2023 on 23rd February we will be starting the trek and will be doing it for Papyrus a charity that I think are amazing and deserve all the money we can raise for them.

I know money is tight these days so please dig deep and donate what you can to this amazing charity, we appreciate anything you can donate.

Suicide is the biggest killer of young people under 35 in the UK. PAPYRUS is the national charity for the prevention of young suicide and believes that many young suicides are preventable. They operate HOPELINEUK, a confidential call, text, and email helpline for young people with thoughts of suicide or those concerned about a young person who may have thoughts of suicide. Every £5 raised can help pay for a potentially life-saving contact to HOPELINEUK from a young person wanting to stay safe from their thoughts of suicide. Thank you.
