Why HYROX?

I am still new to the fitness industry but something I have been in awe of since day one, and continue to be, are my clients who push themselves out with their comfort zone every single time they step foot in the gym.

Whatever the goal is, these guys and gals seriously push it - you are all such an inspiration. And I truly mean that! 🫶

Why Macmillian Cancer Support? 

One of my best friends was diagnosed with cancer in 2021. He received his cancer treatment during the pandemic and as such, it was an even more so lonely and isolated process.
