Variety St. Louis has been making the impossible, possible for local children with special needs for almost 90 years. I've always been inspired by Variety Kids - their strength, courage and spirit. That's why I'm saddened that, out of concern for the health and safety of Variety Kids and supporters during the COVID-19 pandemic, Variety made the necessary decision to cancel their biggest fundraising event of the year Dinner with the Stars. This inspirational evening raises critical funds to provide Variety Kids with access to vital medical equipment such as wheelchairs, hearing aids, communication devices and more. Equipment gives children with disabilities the independence to engage with their world and the ability to just be kids! Please join me in ensuring that Variety Kids and families don't lose access to the medical equipment that empowers them every day, especially during this time of increased need.
