We're collecting on behalf of the BlackRock Charity of the Year - the JDRF. The JDRF are the type-1 diabetes charity, an autoimmune condition that destroys the insulin producing cells in the pancreas and can lead to damage to nerves, blood vessels and the organs they supply. Blindness, heart conditions and limb amputations are common challenges for type-1 diabetics. Life expectancy of someone with type-1 is 10-15yrs less than someone without.

We will be participating in the famous Ride to Cure spinning ride at Royal Exchange on 20th May (1.30pm if you're in the area....).
