I am going to Sleep Out so other’s can Sleep In! Come and join us on our Charity Sleep Out 2019 and support me to support them  

December 2019 is Nightsafe’s 29th Anniversary. They opened the doors to their first homeless young person in December 1990 and have been going ever since, with the need for their services increasing all the time!

Since 1990, Nightsafe has;

• Helped 14,500 young people
• Given 42,257 nights off the street
• Provided 145,000 meals
• Had 785 dedicated volunteers

To celebrate their anniversary, they are holding a sleep-out to highlight the plight of homeless young people and raise much needed funds for Nightsafe’s Youth Homelessness Projects.

The event will take place on Friday 6th December 2019 at Saint Silas Parish Church Grounds, Preston New Road, Blackburn, BB2 6PS from 9pm to 6am the following morning  

Any youth groups wishing to join the sleep-out must have designated leaders with necessary permissions and consent forms. We ask for a staffing ratio of 1 adult per 4 under 18 year olds. We advise a minimum age of 10 years old and

Breakfast will be provided for those joining us on the night at 6am, as well as refreshments on the night.

Thank you for your support. Their last event in 2017 had 105 people join them and they raised over £20k! They hope to beat those figures this year and need your help to do that!
