We will be running the Edinburgh kilomathon (13K) on 9th April to raise funds for SAMH - a Glasgow based mental health charity that helps people going through a mental health crisis with a specific focus on suicide prevention.

As we all know our NHS is absolutely stretched to capacity and charities like SAMH are absolutely vital to help support people with mental illness where it may not otherwise be possible.
