Throughout April, Malcolm will cycle 600 miles to try and raise funds for Awyr Las at Ysbyty Gwynedd in memory of his wife Yvonne who sadly passed away on June 22nd, 2006 after a brave battle with cancer.

Malcolm was involved in a severe road traffic accident on August the 10th 1982 which left him in a coma and on a life support machine for 3 weeks at the Walton Centre, Liverpool. He was 25 years old and married to Yvonne only 9 months. The car crash has left him with multiple injuries including head injury, brain damage, epilepsy and very little memory among other things.
