Our relative Jim Malone lives with Alzheimer's disease and we wanted to do something together as a family (with ages ranging from 1 to 79) that raises awareness of the disease. 

Around 225,000 people develop dementia every year – that’s the equivalent to one person every three minutes.  On September 24th 2016 a Memory Walk will be taking place in Portsmouth to raise money for a world without dementia.  If you are able to spare a few pennies we would really appreciate it.
