Fundraising for Global Action Nepal (GAN)
Story
Hi Friends! Thanks for visiting my JustGiving page. After a decent hiatus from marathoning, I am very excited to be running the London Marathon in April on behalf of Global Action Nepal.
After years of racing "just because", it seems fitting to be raising money for an NGO that supports access to education, especially in the midst of the 2015 and more recent earthquakes that make Nepal's continued development difficult. Despite this, the country makes steady progress in overcoming its development challenges, and I truly believe in organizations like GAN, who aim to improve the quality of education and to provide basic health to the unreached children, and accordingly, the country's future.
