After having to be air lifted to hospital back in 2007, I always do the organised rescue run at Billing Aquadrome. This year I am running the rescue run again and hope to raise more funds to aid this service. 

I wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for the air ambulance. Please lets make it possible that they can continue the great service to helping others like myself. My target is £200 and hope to achieve my target and much more. 

This year the rescue run is Sunday 4th September at 11am.
