In memory of Marion Heaton

Lucy Pendray is raising money for Multiple Sclerosis Society
In memory of Marion Heaton
Over 150,000 of us in the UK have MS. It’s unpredictable and different for everyone. But it doesn’t have to be this way. We’re the MS Society. We understand what life’s like with MS. We're here for you through the highs, lows and everything in between. Together, we are strong enough to stop MS.

Story

We are requesting no flowers, but if you would like to donate, we have created this page.

Marion Heaton, the most wonderful wife, mum, Nanna, sister and friend, died on 23/9/22.  Although it was cancer that ended her life too early. We would like to raise money for Multiple Schlorosis, which is something Marion lived with for the past 20 years.

Marion was the most caring, generous, independent, and intelligent woman. Living with MS she experienced some challenges with mobility, fatigue and tremors. Since the day of diagnosis until her death she never once complained, never once allowed her symptoms to change her outlook on life or stop her achieving so many things. If the family went skiing, she’d be there in a mobility ski in on the top of the mountain. If her tremor meant she spilled her food down her, she’d laugh at herself.

Marion had a long 30 + year carer working as a Social Worker, then as a  private psychotherapist until 6 months ago. She completed one undergraduate degree and two Masters degrees. She travelled the world many times, lived overseas, became a Buddhist Mitra, all surrounded by her husband, children and grandchildren.

Thank you for your donation towards helping people living with MS.

Love Kim, Simon, Lucy, Camilla, Finn & Ella ❤️

Live life xx
