Well it has been 14 months since the Ridgeway 100 miles and after a spinal injury which took me out of action it's away to Prestatyn in North Wales to pick up the journey. I've done east to west across Hadrian's and east to south along the Ridgeway...now it's time to do north to south along the Welsh border.  177 miles in 6/7 days in the depths of winter - solo and wild camping - Happy Christmas
