Crohn's and Colitis UK provide all manner of support to people with inflammatory bowel disease (primarily Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis), as well as campaigning for better provision of treatment and fundraising for research into these devastating diseases. These diseases are also surprisingly common, but not particularly high profile, owing to people's insides being a rather unpleasant subject.
