On the 3rd October 2021 I ran the London Marathon in memory of my good friend Charlie Booker and in support of Blood Cancer UK, who fund research and help change the lives of people living with Leukaemia, Lymphoma and Myeloma.

My training started by running the Spitfire 10k at RAF Cosford on the 1st September 2019 and I continued through 3 lockdowns and 2 cancelled marathons before completing the race.  In total I have covered over 1200miles which is the equivalent of 200 hours of running!
