Story

I will be running the Nottingham Robin Hood half marathon on
the 25
th
of September 2016 along with my daughters, Kelsey and
India. Training is well underway and miles are clocking up, so it’s time to
raise some money! With just two weeks to go this is a request for sponsorship

We are running for Macmillan Cancer Support. This fantastic
charity improves the lives of millions of people affected by cancer, providing
practical, medical, emotional and financial support whilst continually pushing
for better cancer care.

Sadly, my Dad, Jack Flint passed away very quickly due to
cancer in December 2011. The support and care that Jack and the family received
from the Macmillan organisation was incredible, hence the charity will always
remain very close to my sister, Michelle Flint’s and my own heart.

We believe that this is a charity well worth backing and the
work they do is a huge motivation for us on the day of the marathon. Please
help us continue to support the charity by donating!!

Thank you for your support,

Mark Flint
