For those who knew me at the time will be fully aware how ill I was before being diagnosed with severe Ulcerative Colitis.

This disease, without a cure is something I am now mindful of  daily. Anything I can do to develop more understanding and maybe lead to better diagnosis, treatment or maybe more is truely something close to me.

I haven’t ran as much as a half marathon before and hope to achieve a time worthy of any donations given.
