Story
Once again FatBoyParsons or is it SpudsOnTheJob is putting on his running shoes and this time its a ten miler - The Great South Run in Portsmouth on Sunday October 24th.
I am running in memory of of Dylan Lock. He was a beautiful little boy, ALWAYS with a smile on his face, throughout everything and who will always be the true SpudsOnTheJob. Dylan sadly became an angel on 23rd April 2010 due to Medulloblastoma, a form of brain tumour.
There are a few of us running on that Sunday each choosing a charity that supported Dylan and his family and the one I have chosen is CLIC Sargent.
You can read all about Dylan:

If you can sew then we're always on the lookout for sewing wenches to make Dylans Smile items.
So hows my training going you might ask? Hahahah - all was going well until Dylans dad challenged me to a duel down a hill and I ran too fast and it was too steep and I ended up with a broken wrist. (Video of my fall is available) But all is on the mend and with all the smoking and drinking I'm hoping to finish the run within the first couple of hours......hee hee hee.....errr maybe
