To finish my Mayoral year with a bang, I have been challenged by Nicky, Roger and the team at The Brentwood Centre to take on a twelve hour sponsored walk in aid of SNAP.

Starting at 8am, on a treadmill in the foyer of The Brentwood Centre, I will undertaking an endurance test - but sharing the pain with others.

We will walk for twelve hours and I am asking you to sponsor me to simply complete the time. I am also going to share the burden - can you help? I will be walking half hour on, half hour off (so will do six hours in all) and need YOU to help me by 'buying' a thirty minute slot for the minimum donation of £50.

Six slots have already been covered.

I am also receiving support from Mark Walmsley (sports massage) and Neil McAllister (podiatrist)

This is going to be a major endurance test for me, I am starting to up my walking, but it will be hard. Please support me all you can!
