Many thanks to Nic, Lottey, Simon, Annette, and many others who all told me I could do this, well now I have no excuse, so dig in and help get me and Diabetes UK over that finish line. Why Diabetes? It affects so many people and my Grandmother struggled with it for a lot of her later life. I have friends and colleagues with this condition and a hubby who worked as a link Nurse in the discipline (and can bore your arse off if you get him going) so really, sponsor me, help diabetes and shut Nic up!
