I do not normally ask for donations when putting my body through pain, as I do this most Saturdays when playing rugby. However the team of fellow explorers are doing a terrific job in raising money for a worthwhile local charity. We are intending to cross 77km of the Lake District on foot, bike and canoe, to raise money for The Outward Bound.
The team are well underway to their target and every donation however small is greatly appreciated.
The Outward Bound Trust is an educational charity that aims to help as many young people as possible to have access to safe, adventurous experiences through which they can raise their self-esteem, realise their full potential and achieve more than they ever thought possible.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer.
So please dig deep and donate now.
