Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
On September 1st 2016 I will start 10 x iron distance triathlons. Each one will have a cut off of 24 hours and the last triathlon completed will be the Brutal Full Iron Distance Triathlon on 10th September 2016. In total I will cover 24 miles of swimming, 1120 miles on the bike and 262 miles running in 10 days. The Brutal is run by http://www.Brutalevents.co.uk and in 2015 I completed the Brutal Triple; 3 back to back Iron Distance Triathlons.
Throughout I will be supported by a team of dedicated family, friends and colleagues who will be with me the whole way.
I will be raising money for the Army Benevolent Fund. They give a lifetime of support to soldiers and former soldiers from the British Army, and their immediate families, when they are in need. They make grants to individuals through their Regiments and Corps and support a wide range of specialist charities that sustain the British Army ‘family’, both at home and around the world.
They take pride in being responsive, making a difference at a critical point in peoples’ lives.
