Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am running 2 Marathons in 2013 - London in April and Edinburgh in May as I want to raise a large amount of money for a charity that genuinely makes a difference to young disabled peoples lives and push myself physically in an event I have never attempted before.

There are an estimated 70,000 disabled children and young people in the UK waiting for a wheelchair that fits their young lives. Whizz-Kidz provides disabled children with the essential wheelchairs and other mobility equipment they need to lead fun and active childhoods.

The London 2012 Paralympics showed the world how disabled people can overcome their disabilities to compete in sports to the highest level and there is no doubt that some of the children and young people Whizz-Kidz help will be able to fulfil their dreams in future Paralympics

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Thank you for supporting me in my fundraising efforts for Whizz-Kidz
