Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Cancer has directly affected my family over the last year and many of my friends and their families over recent years. I wanted to do something to help towards getting rid of this vile, intrusive disease in future; meaning others won’t have to suffer the consequences of something we are still trying to fully understand.
I thought of various ways to raise money but thought rather than doing a run (which I feel I’ve done enough of in my time) I’d try learn a new skill (boxing) in the process. I’m fully expecting to get my face slightly broken but this is nothing compared to the suffering others get from cancer. Also for people that know me well it’s nothing others haven’t done to me in the past and it’s never spoiled these boyish good looks!! Haha
I think I will be fighting at the Royal Armouries on 13th July with training starting around the middle of May, will update on tickets when I find anything out for people wanting to come and watch. Please dig deep and sponsor me, like I say it’s a really good cause and all joking aside I’m working really hard towards this event (with a pulled hamstring already haha). Win, lose or draw it’s all about the money raised so please donate whatever you can.
