We use music to enrich people’s lives

Hi Everyone,

As I am known for being super fit and have the stamina of a thoroughbred...... I have taken it upon myself to undertake a gruelling 168 mile cycle ride starting at Alexandra Palace in London and finishing at the Download Festival in Derbyshire, along with a motley crew of dubious characters from the world of Heavy Metal and Rock n Roll.

I am raising money for 3 very worthwhile causes, Nordoff Robbins, Teenage Cancer Trust and Childline.

Last year the group managed to raise a staggering £73,000 and this year I want to help them raise even more.

All help, support, donations no matter how small all help.

Unfortunately due to breaking my ankle last year I was unable to participate.

I have the honour of joining my good friend Gizz Butt, Alexander Milas (Editor in Chief of Metal Hammer and founding father of the Heavy Metal Cycling Club) and Rod Smallwood (Legendary manager of the mighty Iron Maiden) and become part of the elite brotherhood of the Heavy Metal Truants.

This will be no mean feat... a true test of mind over matter and endurance.

Your support in this adventure would be really appreciated,

Please dig deep and give what you can (Don't forget the gift aid!) Any amount you donate is really appreciated.
