On Saturday 7th September Team 'Markem's Elite Feet' will be trekking 26miles around the Peak District to raise money for The Alzheimer's Society. It was revealed that Dementia and Alzheimer's disease were the leading cause of death in 2022, with around 6 in every 10 people affected.

Alzheimer's and dementia is an awful and debilitating disease that not only cause the patients suffer, but their families too. The Alzheimer's Society are the UK's leading charity for Dementia and offer support and advise along with funding ground-breaking research.
