Gabby & Ruth have joined the Benchmarx Braves to take part (and complete!!) Adrenaline Rush 2016 in Birmingham on Saturday 4th June.

We hope to raise £200 for Macmillan - this would help fund a Macmillan Support and Information Centre for over 2 hours.

With over 30 obstacles to choose from, each Adrenaline Rush is unique and apparently offers participants the ultimate thrill as they take on. This is completely out of our comfort zone - http://www.theadrenalinerush.com   

Why are we putting ourselves through this?

By 2020, almost one in two of us will get cancer in our lifetimes. It’s the toughest fight most people will ever face. But they don’t have to go through it alone.
