CCA 10 mile run · 23 March 2014

We are dedicated to improving the quality of life and chances of survival for young cancer patients aged 13-24. We fund and build specialist units in NHS hospitals and provide dedicated staff, bringing young people together so they can be treated by teenage cancer experts in the best place for them.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Ethan Wilson one of the Closed Combat Arena’s own and son of senior instructor Stuey Halliwell currently has the toughest fight of all, battling leukaemia. To show our support for this young warrior and his family, Closed Combat Arena are taking on a running challenge each completing 10 miles on Sunday the 23rd of March 2014 around Summerhill.

Ethan has suggested that he would like the money raised to go to the Newcastle Teenage Cancer Trust a local charity supporting teenagers cancer patients in the north east

The following members of the gym are participating in the run with children under 16 running 1 whole lap of summerhill and adults completing 10 miles. In total we are estimated to complete over 240 miles between the group so please sponsor us as much as you can and show your support for one of Hartlepool’s own.
