As if Whamageddon wasn't already super fun, I thought we could make it EVEN more interesting this year. Soooo, in return for a £5 donation to Barnardos, which will help them to do their amazing work supporting the most vulnerable children, I will enter you into the 2020 Whamageddon Contest! 

How it works is like this, right. To enter, donate your fiver, and either make sure you're identifiable or let me know by message or e-mail. I will add you to "whamageddon.xls" 

Then, make yourself comfortable on a chair, sofa (or beanbag, if that's how you choose to live your life), go about your business and try not to hear "Last Christmas" by Wham. When you hear it (the proper version, not that bogus instrumental one you sometimes hear in supermarkets), you have to e-mail, text, whatsapp or post on my facebook wall the word "whamageddon". Then, you're out. Contest ends on Christmas Eve. Or when the last person is Whammed. 

If more than one person is still in at midnight on Christmas Eve, as well as questioning your life's course (you're clearly hanging out in all the wrong places), I'll enter you all into a draw (with folded bits of paper in a hat, full mashings).

Winner will receive A BIG TIN OF CELEBRATIONS OR MINIATURE HEROES (will confirm which once I've bought it). I have yet to work out how to deliver it under current conditions. But I'll figure it out.
