Three Peak challenge · 25 June 2017

We’re the UK’s leading charity for Crohn’s and Colitis. Right now, over 500,000 people in the UK are living with a lifelong disease that many people have never heard of. We’re working to improve diagnosis and treatment; to fund research and to raise awareness.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I was 17 years old, the last time I trekked Snowdon. I am returning a few months later, but going for the other two big ones as well. A little bit slower this time with my ash blond hair and carrying more weight.

I cannot under estimate this exciting challenge.  I am prepared for the pain to raise money for a very good cause. People ask for charity money nearly every day, sadly this is the way these organisations raise funds, to assist their target groups. My charity is no exception. I first came against a young person suffering from Crohn's several years ago,  I am more aware today how common it is and I have friends who are suffering or their loved ones. There is no known cure, one must be found and hopefully any funds raised can assist this charity with their work.

All charities are a good cause and you've probably recently sponsored someone else. Please if you can, give a little to my pot to reach my fund raising target.

I am trekking over the weekend of the 24th - 25th June 17, trying to get match fit and not much time to reach my target amount,
