Rather foolish I know at my age but I have decided in a middle aged crisis, to enter and run a 10k race. After a period of training and running a smaller event last month and falling over the finishing line in 1 hour and 5 mins, I have set a goal to complete in under 55 minutes if my old legs can manage it. As motivation I thought it would be good to run for a good cause and that is the Force Cancer Charity.  As a family Cancer has effected us in the past and I know that reading this you will know someone close, or yourself who has suffered from this awful disease. So if you can give anything, no matter how small that would be fantastic.
