We are runners of different experience (and ages) but both aware, through personal experience with family and friends, of the importance of support provided by paid and voluntary services arranged by Age UK.

Quality of life is the focus of the work of Age UK, which, for many people, is enhanced by running, quite apart from the health benefits.  46 women of 70+ running the London Marathon in 2016: when can we get to 100? (Neither of us has reached that milestone yet but hopefully we will.)
