I was born with a severe cleft lip and palate and deaf in one ear, which resulted in numerous corrective surgeries and speech therapy over many years, I am acutely aware of the fantastic medical attention I received in the UK and Smile Train can give this opportunity in over 85 countries around the world! 

I have now completed a 3 day trek to north of Verona, Italy. Accompanied by my father, an experienced hill-walker. Every mile is a potential new smile ;-)

Money raised from this expedition will go direct to kids in the developing world. In February 2019 I am to visit Ethiopia so I can see first hand how these donations can improve lives with "forever smiles".
