On June 18th I am completing the Staffs Half Ironman ( 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike ride followed by a half marathon) then, 5 days later, along with 9 other crazy bikers I'm riding 340 miles from Birmingham to Edinburgh.

I'm doing this to help support Edwards Trust. A fantastic charity that helps families with children who have serious or terminal illnesses. Much tougher stuff than the pain I'll go through running and riding around.
