I am riding the Grand Fondo Wiggle Dragon Ride in Wales in June.

It is 222KM (137 Miles) and features 2,905 metres (9530 ft) of climbing through the hills and valleys of Wales.

It is quite frankly a terrifying prospect, but it is all for a good cause. I will be riding for Macmillan Cancer Support.
