Saving Lives Through Your Support. Each life-saving mission costs £3,500 and on average, we are called to at least five emergencies everyday. It is only thanks to the generosity of the communities that we serve that we are able keep the Air Ambulance flying and saving lives.

Story

There are a few of us who have decided to test ourselves this year by cycling the 98 mile south down way in just 24 hours, this will not be as easy as it sounds with over 13200ft of climbing along the route.

The South Downs Way is a classic mountain bike trail that provides a challenge for riders of all abilities. On this trip you will cycle along a chalk ridge from the white cliffs Eastbourne, through the Sussex South
Downs, and Hampshire, finishing in Winchester
