On Saturday 8th August, at 6am I'll start running at Farnham, Surrey. Hopefully after around 24 hours, 104 miles and a few hills along the way equivalent to 3 ascents of Snowdon, I'll arrive in Ashford, Kent. 

Along the way I'm hoping to raise a few hundred pounds for Alzheimer's Society.
