As an Act of Kindness, on behalf of HR GO plc, and raising
money for the Kent MS Therapy Centre, I have taken up the challenge to cycle from Ashford to Amsterdam in three days.

My journey will begin at HR GO plc, Church Road, Ashford and
head down to the port of Dover. I’ll then get a ferry to Dunkirk and cycle up to Bruges, covering 70 miles to finish my first day.

My second day will take me from Bruges towards Rotterdam,
covering around 70 miles again.

My third day, 70 miles later, will finish off in Amsterdam's Dam Square, where I will take photos and videos of the final destination. I will share a live location so I can be tracked throughout the day and will try to do a blog / vlog each day.
