Since my Bathroom scales recently said ''One person at a time only'' to me, i figured it was time to get fit!  At the same time it seems like a good opportunity to raise some money for a Great Charity.

I dont need to go into the importance of Sheffield Childrens Hospital, as its reputation speaks for itself.  So any donations at all will be really appreciated.
