I have forgotten how long I have actually been running for- probably over the past 10 years. It has just become part of my weekly routine. I enjoy it to keep me fit both physically and mentally. Despite running for this amount of time, I have rarely gone beyond the 10K mark- I now want to change that and move on to the next challenge, so this will be my first Half Marathon. I wanted to stay local in the South West for this and a 'nice run along the beach' sounds like fun! :-)

Love Musgrove is the Official Charity of Musgrove Park Hospital. Each year the Hospital treats over 450,000 patients through its emergency department, on its wards and through its outpatient services. Although the Hospital is funded by the NHS, it is vital that we raise additional funds to improve our services, purchase new equipment and continue to provide a positive environment for both patients and their families. Donations made in support of Love Musgrove have a real and tangible impact on the people of Somerset and beyond!
