In September my sister Amelia and I will be walking 50km in the South Coast ultra challenge.

This will be a mental and physical challenge as neither of us has done anything like this before. 

As some of you may know we have both dealt with our own mental health issues, which is why we are choosing to raise money for the mental health charity Mind. 

It has been instrumental in getting us to where we are now and now we want to help get that same support to others who may be in need.
