Caudwell Children’s Destination Dreams Programme is raising money to send 25 children fighting life threatening illnesses on a holiday of a lifetime.

 I am raising funds to help a family create lasting memories ins DisneyWorld away from painful treatments and relentless hospital appointments.  The family receive medical and emotional support they need to be able to travel.  Help me raise funds to change these families lives.
