Marlie’s Mission – 100 Miles for the Children’s Hospital
As some of you may know, our brave and determined Marlie is due to undergo her third major surgery in just three years. She’s only 11 years old – but has already faced more than many do in a lifetime. Her strength, resilience, and positivity continue to inspire everyone around her.
Instead of focusing on herself, she’s once again thinking of others.
This summer, as a thank you to the incredible team who will be caring for her, Marlie is taking on a mighty challenge to raise money for the hospital that will be by her side. She’s walking and cycling 31 miles throughout August, symbolising the days of the month. But in true Marlie style – she’s going even further, pushing herself to reach 100 miles!
That’s 100 miles of courage.
100 miles of gratitude.
100 miles of hope for other children like her who need special care.
This isn’t Marlie’s first time fundraising – she’s already:
🌟 Donated 12 inches of her hair and raised £611 for the Little Princess Trust
🌟 Walked 100 miles and raised £360 for the National Deaf Children’s Society
And now, for her third challenge, she’s back – stronger and more determined than ever.
We would be so grateful for any donation, big or small. Every penny will go directly to the hospital charity to help support other children and their families through incredibly tough times – just like the support Marlie has received.
Please share, cheer her on, and help her smash her target.
Let’s show Marlie that her miles – and her kindness – matter.
Thank you so much 💛
