You obviously know who I am but may not have an idea why I am doing this. The WIllowbrook Hospice is a Hospice local to my home that provides respite care to those with terminal diseases. They receive no goverment subsidies and rely solely on public donations. This year I could have supported them by completing the Great North Run, however many of you know I am not built for running. So I have grabbed the opportunity to support them on their overnight 10k instead.

For this i will be donning lycra, a sports bra and trainers and will probably look like a prize pillock in my fluorescent pink t- shirt but I hope that the idea of me looking like a prize prat in public will be enough to put your hand in your pocket and donate some cash to this worthy cause.
