After running my marathon in 2016 I've been wanting to do something similar since. With lockdown I've barely got an excuse not to train so here we are: I'm running the 2021 Cardiff University Cardiff Half Marathon on Sunday 3rd of October. 

Whilst this is a personal challenge it is also a fantastic way to raise awareness and support for the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC). They are the UK's leading children’s charity and have been protecting children for over 130 years. They work with schools, offer therapeutic services, run a helpline and Childline, campain for change, and also contribute to research to find the best ways to protect children and prevent abuse.
